Customer Relationships

The relationship between a company and its customers is usually seen as just a business deal. The company provides a product or service to their customer, the customer pays their bill, and everyone moves on.

But the relationship between J Bar and its customers is a special one. While our customers do receive services and provide revenue for J Bar, we make an effort to build a strong bond between the companies and communities we provide for because we hope to continue communication and strengthen our relationship over time.

Our customers do so much for the company and its employees. We wanted to point out the great things they do for us that keep our operations running and give us a purpose.
Those who put their trust in us to provide a sanitary environment for their crews at job sites and guests at their events are so important to our company in many ways, and trusting us to keep them sanitary and safe is one of them.

It is always good to have facilities where you can use the restroom and wash your hands where they otherwise may not be available, but especially in today’s environment, being able to stay sanitized with a restroom facility, hand wash station, or hand sanitizer station is required when starting a job or hosting an event. We are glad to solve that issue with our products and continued services.

Being able to be a part of your special event is important to us as well. We all know a concert or festival is enjoyed even more when attendees have a clean area to use the restroom – that can be a deal-breaker for some. Having the communities include us in the festivities gives us the satisfaction that we could provide such an essential service and ensure people’s overall happiness and wellbeing.

We also love sharing insights of our company culture with the public via Facebook or Instagram, and our community responds by commenting, liking, and sharing posts. A sense of community is what we hope to bring to everyone, and those interactions make us feel welcome into your community!

Some of the things we can do to show our respect for our customers is to provide the services they need, maintain that safe and sanitary environment for jobs and events, ensure excellent customer service over the phone and in the field, and create a friendly environment our customers would like to continue contact with. Even those who use our services for one job are important to us, and we make sure that is known by the communication they receive.
The most important thing we can do for our customers relies on the best thing they can do for us. Ensuring our revenue by scheduling services for your job or event helps improve our company’s culture.

Your contribution to our company ensures that every employee is treated well by enabling J Bar to offer a reliable salary, wellness resources, and a positive team environment for its employees. Everyone at J Bar is treated like family, and we are happy to welcome you into that family.
Thank you all for the great things you have done and continue to do for J Bar Enterprises! We look forward to building on those relationships and cultivating an overall feeling of family, not only in the workplace but distributed via our employees into your community.

Savanna Gregg

My name is Savanna Gregg, and I have been blessed with the task of writing blog posts for J Bar! I’ve grown my love for writing since I was a kid, inspired by my grandpa and great-grandma, and encouraged by my family to follow this passion wherever it leads me. I found a love for journalism in high school and participated in UIL competitions throughout that time. I was able to expand that experience into a career, working for the Burnet Bulletin Newspaper for just over two years before finding a new opportunity here at J Bar. I’ve always loved spreading the news to my community through social media, and am so glad to have been given the opportunity to continue that while providing services for our customers at the same time. I hope you enjoy learning more about our company!
