Customer Feedback
At one time or another, all of us have submitted a review about a company’s services to voice our opinion of the experience we had. We submitted the review to let the company know how their product or service affected us. We hope that the company takes the information seriously and does something with it.
Reviews serve many different purposes for customers and businesses. At J Bar specifically, we rely on reviews to help us better serve our customers and community.
Reviews encourage us to continue providing top-notch service and also find new ways to ensure a positive experience for you. Each time we receive a positive review from a customer, we share it with the company to boost the morale of customer service reps, drivers, yard and shop crews, and management, hoping to help them realize that their chosen career is not just a typical job.
We strive to provide excellent customer service both in the office and in the field. When we see those efforts producing customer satisfaction, it plants a seed of confidence and determination to continue that positive feeling.
Reviews help businesses, but they also help potential customers in search of certain services find the company best suited to their needs. Shoppers regularly look up reviews and recommendations of certain services because they want to make an informed decision rather than going in blind.
We all rely on reviews for both the customer’s and the company’s knowledge and resources. You want to know where to go when you need a particular product or service. We want to know that the product or service exceeds your needs and expectations.
Part of J Bar’s vision is that we are a people-building company, transforming our people, families, and communities. We recognize the importance of having access to sanitary restroom resources and strive to protect the health and well-being of you and your crews and families by providing that and other services to make your construction site and events more efficient.

We are always here to help ensure you have the best customer experience possible. If you have any issues with your services, we are happy to assist you with those problems. We are available through many avenues of communication:
– Call our office at 830-598-5227. One of our customer service representatives will be able to assist you with the problem you are facing and bring it to a supervisor’s attention if needed.
– Send us an email to info@demo.gojbar.com. This email account is monitored during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
– Message us on Facebook. While we don’t constantly monitor our Facebook messages, if you send us a message describing your problem, we will be sure to address it once the message is received.
– Send in an AirVote! If you are in one of our sanitary restrooms and see an issue, scan the AirVote sticker on the backside of the unit’s door! We might not see it immediately, but when an “okay” or “sad” review is received by management, they will assign a customer service representative to get more details from you and find a solution!
– Send in a chat on our website. You will find a chat icon on the bottom right-hand side of your screen.
We hope to do our part in building you up and want you to know that your reviews are seen, taken to heart, and acted on so we can be sure to continue the customer service we promise to you.
