The J Bar | Celebrates Women’s History Month

J Bar

March is Women’s History Month, and we wanted to take a minute to recognize the wonderful ladies of J Bar, who each have made an impact on the success of the company in their own way.

Tanis Jamar – Owner, Chief Wellness Officer
Seeing as she is a registered nurse, her mission to make sure her employees and their families are healthy in all aspects of their life is not surprising. Among other titles, Tanis wears the CWO hat most prominently, ensuring the J Bar family has any opportunities to better themselves and their families. This comes in many forms, including a new counseling program called Dream Manager™, financial coaching through the SmartDollar program, and her plans to implement a wellness room in our new facility.

Kadi Hannabass – Sales Supervisor
Our Sales Supervisor Kadi Hannabass brings a level of dedication and passion to the J Bar team that is sometimes hard to find in other places of employment. Kadi started as a customer service representative and worked her way from Special Event Coordinator to outside sales, ultimately to her current role. Kadi works with the sales manager to oversee the operations of the sales team at J Bar, instilling our core values in each of her team members and ensuring our customers receive the best service. Kadi is excellent at handling all challenges with grace and determination!

Nadia Padilla – Customer Service Representative
Nadia Padilla has been a customer service representative for three years, helping to bring in revenue for J Bar while maintaining customer relationships with everyone who calls to enlist J Bar in their construction or event rental services. Nadia is one of the first voices our customers hear when they call seeking assistance, and she makes it a point to use a friendly disposition to make sure every caller feels welcome.

Paula Moody – Customer Service Representative
A newcomer to the J Bar team, Paula has already shown grace and dedication to her job as a customer service rep. Paula takes customers’ calls for orders, concerns, or complaints and handles them with our core values in mind. As a genuine people person, Paula’s friendly voice is another one callers hear when they reach out to our office searching for our services.

Denise Zelhart – Accounts Payable Specialist
Denise Zelhart stepped into her accounts payable role at J Bar with years of knowledge and experience that have supported our company and helped it succeed from the very first day she became part of the team. Denise is friendly and courteous but does her job with a no-nonsense attitude and ensures all J Bar accounts are in order. Denise exemplifies our core values of honest communication and a self-employed mentality daily

Savanna Gregg – Marketing Specialist
As a customer service representative, Savanna started at J Bar and dove right into her role on the sales team, but now handles all of J Bar’s eting processes and introduces new methods to the company as a eting specialist. Savanna keeps the J Bar social media pages up to date and comes up with new ideas (such as our new podcast and coming projects) on how to interact with our customers on different levels. Savanna also works with our online eting team to ensure our website is up to date on all new developments among our products and services to ensure all information is readily available for those wanting to learn more about our services.

Each of these incredible, hard-working women plays a vital role in the success of J Bar Enterprises. At J Bar, we all live and work by a set of core values, and each of them exemplifies most – if not all – of them in their daily tasks.
From us at J Bar, Happy Women’s History Month, congratulations to all the women whose dedication and passion for their jobs and communities have brought them closer to their goals.

Savanna Gregg

My name is Savanna Gregg, and I have been blessed with the task of writing blog posts for J Bar! I’ve grown my love for writing since I was a kid, inspired by my grandpa and great-grandma, and encouraged by my family to follow this passion wherever it leads me. I found a love for journalism in high school and participated in UIL competitions throughout that time. I was able to expand that experience into a career, working for the Burnet Bulletin Newspaper for just over two years before finding a new opportunity here at J Bar. I’ve always loved spreading the news to my community through social media, and am so glad to have been given the opportunity to continue that while providing services for our customers at the same time. I hope you enjoy learning more about our company!
