We will outline every aspect of J Bar Enterprises in the “J Bar Difference” series to start the new year. This 10-part series will describe what sets us apart from others in the industry, give you insight into the workings of our company and the thoughts and processes of our employees.

Weekly articles and podcasts episodes regarding a particular topic, we hope to inspire new visitors to explore the services we have to offer. J Bar offers a supportive work environment.

Too many people settle for a standard, day-to-day job to be able to put food on the table and provide shelter for their families. These work environments can be draining, exhausting, and seldom rewarding.

One of the appeals of J Bar is our steady-growing, constructive, and supportive work environment. We each have a task to perform and goals to meet each day. Still, our leadership encourages hard work and often recognizes it in many different ways, making the job more enjoyable and rewarding.

At J Bar, our mission is to serve our employees, customers, and communities, by living out the example that Jesus set when he washed the feet of those around him. This comes in many forms. For the employees at J Bar, many growth opportunities are offered besides just the comparable pay.

Employees are offered several opportunities for growth in different areas – personally, professionally, emotionally, and financially. With the chance to participate in the SmartDollar and Dream Manager™ programs, employees can sit down with our Chief Wellness Officer to discuss their goals in life and come up with a detailed plan to reach them – with support and encouragement every step of the way.

Those looking to gain experience in other departments or different positions among their own are encouraged to take advantage of open positions among the organization – while we are always welcoming new faces to the team, we give those already here the chance to find new passions.

One of our core values at J Bar is Family – we balance family and working hard. We understand how important family and employees’ personal lives are and encourage them to take the opportunities that J Bar offers to better themselves and spend time with their loved ones. Not only do we respect our employees’ families, we consider the whole team a family and always look forward to ways to strengthen the relationships among our crew.

Your health and safety at construction sites and special events are why we provide the services we do and strive to go above and beyond to ensure all of your needs are met.

As we congregate every Tuesday morning before the day’s work begins, we pray for our drivers’ safety so that they can return home to their families at the end of the day after spending their day providing sanitary restroom services for you and yours. We discuss happenings throughout our organization and construct plans to better our services to meet your needs.

When you join the J Bar team, you are welcomed into a supportive community ready to see you succeed. As we are a steadily growing team, we are always looking for newcomers who have different skills and experience to bring to the table and make a difference in your community.

My name is Savanna Gregg, and I have been blessed with the task of writing blog posts for J Bar! I’ve grown my love for writing since I was a kid, inspired by my grandpa and great-grandma, and encouraged by my family to follow this passion wherever it leads me. I found a love for journalism in high school and participated in UIL competitions throughout that time. I was able to expand that experience into a career, working for the Burnet Bulletin Newspaper for just over two years before finding a new opportunity here at J Bar. I’ve always loved spreading the news to my community through social media, and am so glad to have been given the opportunity to continue that while providing services for our customers at the same time.
